Where is my order?


When we receive your order we work fast to get your items shipped out to you, we will supply you with a tracking code either via Royal Mail or Hermes. If you feel your order is taking too long please email us at support@bonviche.com or use our contact form to send us a message and we will deal with your response within hours.

Delivery Options


We use two services; Royal Mail and Hermes. UK Standard delivery charge is £3.50, International delivery charge is £7.50 (Both UK and International come with FREE delivery over £50).

Somethings Missing

If you have received your parcel and you notice somethings missing then please contact us at support@bonviche.com. Please include your order number when doing so. We will have supplied you with a packing note and invoice. We will quickly check your details and find out whats wrong and have you back on the road.

Can I exchange an item?


Sorry we don’t offer an exchange facility. You can return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted items. Refunds can take up to 3 days from receipt of your returned items.

My Item(s) are faulty


We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our ‘Contact Us’ form, or you can reach us via private message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;
-Your Order number
-Product name
-Picture of the fault
-Description of the fault

If you contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form.
